Giving up dairy can be tough. When we discovered that ‘Roo’ had an allergy to cows milk protein we imagined a life with no ice cream, chocolate or decadent deserts.
We were very wrong. We discovered all manner of delicious dairy-free alternatives for those classic sweets.
Back in 2010 when she was diagnosed, the range admittedly was limited. Now, with more and more people turning to the vegan diet there is a huge amount of choice.
When we discovered Pudology we realised that life without dairy could be both indulgent and delicious.
If you haven’t heard of Pudology then I’ll tell you a little bit about them.
They were founded by Lucy Wager, an experienced food developer, who had to give up dairy for health reasons.
They make the most incredible chocolate pots (think thick, creamy mouthfuls of smooth chocolate ganache) and since launching five years ago have added to their range.
The millionaires’ pud has to be my favourite with a layer of biscuit and caramel topped with ganache. They even do a dairy-free yoghurt and all puds are based on coconut products for those (like me) that like to avoid soya.
If you like the sound of them then enter my latest giveaway. I’ve teamed up with Lucy to give you a bumper pack of goodies. The prize pack will include:
12 twin packs of Pudology puds
1 Pudology apron
1 Pudology cool bag (perfect for picnics)
In order to be in for a chance of winning this fabulous prize all you need to do is log in using your Facebook account or email address in the box below and follow the instructions. You have until midnight on Wednesday 13 September to enter.
