Bliss Balls: Hot Cross Bun Version

  • 50 g organic coconut oil I use Coconut Merchant
  • 50 g sultanas
  • 50 g whole almonds
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 10 g seseme seeds
  • 4 drops doTerra wild orange essential oil - or approx. 1/2 tsp orange extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon


  1. Place all the ingredients into a small food processor and combine until almost smooth
  2. Chill if a little sticky before rolling into balls
  3. Keep the bliss balls in the fridge
