Gluten Free Tiffin
This easy gluten free tiffin recipe makes the most of gluten free granola instead of the traditional biscuit. Topped with extra melted chocolate for extra decadence, being gluten free does not mean missing out!

200 g Nature's Path gluten free granola (either variety) 100 g Butter 3 tbsp Golden syrup 1 tbsp Cocoa powder 100 g Dark, milk or white chocolate - Optional
Melt the butter and golden syrup together
Place the granola in a bag and crush it with a rolling pin until fine, even sized pieces
Add the crushed granola and cocoa powder to the butter and syrup mixture and stir until combined
Grease a round or rectangular dish
Spoon the mixture into it and press down until firm
Place in the fridge until hardened
Once firm, melt the chocolate, if using, and pour it over the top. Quickly spread it out and place back in the fridge until set.
