Method

  1. Place the coconut oil and honey in a microwavable bowl and heat in a microwave on full power until melted (around 1 - 2 minutes)
  2. Add the oats and stir well
  3. Tip the mixture into a microwaveable dish measuring approx. 20cm x 15cm and microwave on full power for 3 minutes
  4. Allow to cool completely before cutting into slices
