Many people think that it’s difficult to make gluten free food, let alone healthy gluten free food. In this online family-friendly cookery course I show you exactly how easy it is to make some delicious healthy gluten free treats.
All of the treats are lower in sugar or made with unrefined sugar. All the treats are gluten free and and can be made without dairy and eggs (suitable for people who follow a vegan diet and/or who have coeliac/celiac disease).

What will I need to follow the lessons?
You’ll need a computer, tablet or phone to view the lessons on plus a good internet connection.
Is the course suitable for beginners?
We have designed the course to be suitable for both beginners and more experienced cooks. The video lessons are simple to follow and you can watch them as many times as you like.
What ingredients will I need to make these healthy gluten free treats?
Some of the recipes require my whole grain gluten free flour blend. I show you how to make that in the course.
If you want to make the blend you’ll need teff flour, sorghum flour, buckwheat flour, potato starch and tapioca starch. I have not tested the recipes with other flour blends.
In addition to my special flour blend you’ll need psyllium husk powder.
All the other ingredients will be found in a local store or health food shop.
