Description

Many people think that it’s difficult to make gluten free food. In this online family-friendly cookery course I show you exactly how easy it is to make some delicious savoury bakes.

What will I get when I buy this course?

In the course my daughter (age 13 at the time of recording) and I teach you how to make the following gluten free savoury bakes in easy to follow video lessons that you can watch as many times as you like:

Cheese scones

Crepes (dairy free option)

Quick yeast free pizza (dairy free option)

Garlic bread/garlic naan (dairy free/vegan option)

Cheese soda bread 

Pizza rolls (dairy free/vegan option)

Cheese biscuits

Pesto palmiers (dairy free/vegan option)

Yorkshire puddings (dairy free option)

You’ll also get bonus lessons showing you how to make rough puff pastry (dairy free/vegan option) and yeasted pizza (dairy free/vegan option).

In order to make all of these wholesome bakes, I also share the recipe and method for making my wholegrain gluten free flour blend (something that has until now been a secret). This means that where ever in the world you live you can make these recipes with success.

What will I need to follow the lessons?

 

You’ll need a computer, tablet or phone to view the lessons on plus a good internet connection.

Is the course suitable for beginners?

We have designed the course to be suitable for both beginners and more experienced cooks. The video lessons are simple to follow and you can watch them as many times as you like.

What ingredients will I need to make these gluten free savoury bakes?

Most of the recipes require my whole grain gluten free flour blend. I show you how to make that in the course.

If you want to make the blend you’ll need teff flour, sorghum flour, buckwheat flour, potato starch and tapioca starch. I have not tested the recipes with other flour blends.

In addition to my special flour blend you’ll need xanthan gum and or psyllium husk powder.

All the other ingredients will be found in a local store.
