Gluten Free Baking Mixes
After launching my wholegrain gluten free flour blend in the summer of 2016 I’ve had lots of requests for wholesome gluten free baking mixes.
Why gluten free baking mixes?
I understand that sometimes you just don’t have time to bake from scratch. However, you still want to eat good, healthy, home cooked food.
I created these baking mixes to solve that problem.
Each mix is created with my whole grain gluten free flour blend at its core.
This means that they contain naturally gluten free whole grains, no rice and no additives or gums.
Then additional, natural, wholesome ingredients are added so that at home you just add a few ingredients to create your homemade bake.
Do the gluten free baking mixes contain other allergens?
No. My aim is to make all the baking mixes free from the top 14 allergens as listed by EU allergen law.
Many of my customers are gluten free, dairy free and egg free so these mixes have been developed with them in mind. I know how hard it is to find good quality gluten free and vegan food.
Are the baking mixes suitable for people with coeliac disease?
Yes. All of my products are suitable for people with coeliac disease. My daughter has this condition so it is very important for me to create products that have no chance of cross contamination.
All mixes and flour are blended in a facility that is 100% gluten free.
Gluten free bread mix (vegan)
Many people find making gluten free bread tricky. It either tastes horrible, falls apart, doesn’t rise or is so dense and hard even the birds won’t eat it.
My gluten free bread mix uses only natural ingredients to create a super soft, moist, wholemeal-style bread that is fresh for at least 3 days.
