Most of the recipes are also dairy free and many are reduced in sugar or use sugar alternatives.

Many of the recipes are made using my rice free, wholegrain, gluten free flour blend.

My daughter was diagnosed with egg and milk protein allergies at the age of 9 months. Then at the age of 2 she was diagnosed with coeliac disease.

I never wanted her to miss out on delicious food so I created these simple, wholesome, family friendly recipes.
